This is a new TV wall mount and holds up to a 40 inch tv. Comes as you see here with all parts in the picture. Local delivery is $5 and mail delivery is the exact cost to you. Pickup is also free, payment can be made in person (local delivery or pickup) but needs to be an Interac etranser if I am to send this to you in the mail.
